It's been more than two months since I came back from Turkey. My memory is getting worse and worse as a middle-aged person. Many times, I think my memory of this journey has faded. Until I open the folder named "turkey" in my portable e-disk, all my memories are revived on the spot. Even the romantic feeling of walking on Bodrum road and the bright smell of sunshine on my body are so clear. In fact, the memory of each journey is only temporarily folded up, waiting for the opportunity to open again.

Wanfa was born by fate. The moment of chance eye contact decided this trip. At the end of April, our ten day Blue Dream Tour in Turkey, from Istanbul, a historical ancient city, to the charming Bodrum, the Aegean Sea and the Mediterranean resort, took into account the cultural and geographical landscape. In the limited time, everyone spent every day in laughter. I met Mr. ADI, a very excellent Turkish Chinese tour guide. With his simple explanation, we had a deeper understanding of Turkey, which made our trip to Turkey more complete. On behalf of the friends who took part in the trip, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to ADI once again.

I don't have high-quality photography skills, the late stage of Niu x, or amazing cameras, but there are some fantastic and intoxicating Cappadocia, Izmir, Aegean Sea, ancient and fashionable, Europe and Asia, traditional and modern Istanbul. There may also be beef and mutton food similar to Xinjiang. I would like to share with you the happy harvest of the 10 day journey. I would like to present you a colorful Turkey with a mixed meal. 1. Visa

1.Turkish e-visa: in March 2015, the Turkish Consulate General officially issued a notice that Chinese citizens holding ordinary passports can apply for a single entry e-visa to Turkey for a period of 30 days through www.evisa.gov.tr, which is no longer required to hold a valid visa or residence permit of a Schengen member state or an OECD member state. As the electronic signature may be rejected with a small probability (automatically checked by the electronic signature website), tourists are advised to apply for the electronic signature as soon as possible.

3.The electronic signature of Turkmenistan does not need to be cancelled.

2. Currency

(1) It's very useful to bring a full currency credit card. It's more convenient to swipe the card. Moreover, I compare the exchange rate of full currency credit card with that of Huaxia Bank debit card. So if you can swipe your card, just swipe it. Moreover, the exchange rates of all currency credit cards of different banks are slightly different, which seems that CMB is more cost-effective.

(2) UnionPay debit card can withdraw lira directly from Garanti Bank (logo is green leaf) ATM, while Huaxia Bank debit card can withdraw money overseas without service charge for the first time every day. After all, it always needs to withdraw some cash for reserve. ATM machines of green leaf bank are quite common in various cities. All ATMs have Chinese operation interface. ATMs and merchants that can accept UnionPay cards are concentrated in major tourist attractions and shopping areas.

Turkey's new lira and RMB can't be exchanged directly. It's better to take euro or US dollars from home. Of course, euro is the best, because many amusement projects, hotels and restaurants can receive Euro directly. Some hotels have a 10% discount for cash in Euro. Exchange, on the Internet, many people say that the lowest exchange rate at the airport is a handling charge, but I exchange 2.5 (US dollars for lira) at Istanbul International Airport and independence street.

4. Time difference (it happened to be known at the end of March 2014 when I went to Israel to make a connecting flight in Istanbul on Sunday)

5. Religion and customs

99% of the residents believe in Islam. Please respect and understand the Islamic customs. Including: try not to bring pork products to Turkey, do not give Turks pork or beef products snacks. Use your right hand when you shake hands. Muslims pray five times a day (morning, noon, afternoon, sunset and evening). The first time is in the early morning, which may affect the rest of guests. Clothing should not be too exposed and short, especially for women. You need to wear trousers and long sleeves to enter the mosque. Please prepare a silk scarf. Every Friday and Saturday are rest days. At noon on Friday, adult male Muslims all need to go to the mosque for worship (except work). Some shops and banks can't wait to open. Every year there is a month for Ramadan (the specific time of each year is different). You can't eat or drink anything during the day. After the sun sets, you can start all kinds of activities. However, the opening of scenic spots and the work of relevant personnel will not be affected, and the diet of guests will not be affected.

Six languages

Turkish is its official language, and English is commonly used in hotels, scenic spots, shopping streets, bazaars and other places.

Turkey is one of the safest countries in the world and one of the safest tourist destinations in Europe. However, just like traveling in any country, please take care of your personal belongings.

Most of China mobile phones in Turkey can use the function of international roaming. They can also receive the reminder of China Mobile's overseas use of the phone as soon as they arrive. It seems that it's 70 cents a short message and 1.5 yuan a minute. It's very convenient to talk (I haven't tried roaming Internet before). If you plan to stay for a long time or make frequent calls in your home country, it is recommended that you buy a local prepaid card. You can buy it in any mobile phone store with your passport. There are three major mobile operators in Turkey (turkcel, vodafon and avea). You can have a Turkish number if you buy any prepaid card from these three mobile operators.

*But as a reminder, if you stay for more than 10 days, you'd better register your mobile phone's IMEI number in the airport or a telephone store. Turkey mobile is second. In order to prevent the proliferation of overseas mobile phones, your signal will be blacked out after a certain period of time.

*IP card and Skype communication IP card & Skype: how can Turkey and China make the most valuable phone calls? Beyazet (near Istanbul University) sells an IP card (for overseas calls) and calls China for 10 lira for 120 minutes. It's very expensive to call from Turkey. It's about four yuan a minute. The connection fee for Skype to Turkey is about 0.05 euro, and then 0.028 euro per minute. It's cheaper to hit China with Skype.

There is no free WiFi in Turkey's domestic airports, and the price of airport charging WiFi is too expensive. However, as long as you consume in the coffee shop of the airport, you can let the staff of the coffee shop use your boarding pass to help you open one hour's free wifi. Once a person's boarding pass is opened, you can use it together, and a few people can use it for several hours.

9. Equipment

1.Toiletries: the hotel (including 5-star hotels) only provides shampoo and shower gel, toothbrush and slippers.

2.About drinking water tap water in Turkmenistan can not be used for drinking. It is said that the filtering standard of domestic water in Turkmenistan does not meet the drinking standard. Local people go to the supermarket to buy bottled water or bottled water to drink. Five star hotels generally provide a bottle of mineral water. Other star hotels do not provide mineral water. Mineral water in the restaurant needs to be charged. You need to buy mineral water from the convenience store or supermarket near the hotel.

3.Clothes: it's cold in the morning in Istanbul in early May, and it's just right to wear short sleeves at noon. Short sleeve + assault coat is a must. The temperature difference in Cappadocia is relatively large, and the weather is cooler in the morning and evening. You need to wear assault suits to sit in a hot-air balloon, short sleeves for summer clothes at noon, and long sleeves at night.

10. Self driving

Highway toll is unattended, general car rental companies are equipped with HgS device in the car, the toll will be automatically deducted through the toll gate, pay attention to the HgS channel. But it's strange that when we left HgS, the car rental company didn't charge us HgS fees. We only paid 3.5tl toll for the whole trip, which was collected when we went through a tunnel.

2. When parking in public parking lots or some hotels, sometimes they will be asked to give the car keys to them and pay attention not to leave valuables on the car.

3. Driving in the old city of Istanbul, such as Graeme, requires a little skill. Many small alleys only allow the next car to pass by. Moreover, the steep slopes and sharp curves often make driving breathtaking.

4. TomTom is used for navigation, but maybe because Turkish cities are too big and streets have more duplicate names, there have been several mistakes in navigation according to street number. In conclusion, it is more effective to use the hotel name and scenic spot name to find the destination navigation, and pay attention to the comparison with Google map.

Most hotels have free local maps to provide, but they have to ask for them, not offer them.

Eleven delicacies

Turkey's diet is rich in Greek, Persian, Arabic, Turkic and other elements, ranging from roast meat to all kinds of pasta, cakes, and staple food similar to dumplings. There are also many desserts. Rice pudding and milk pudding are very delicious. Generally, bread and cakes don't need money. You can eat them casually, and rice will cost extra money. I like Turkish ice cream very much.

Twelve to the sea

There are basically no beaches along the Mediterranean Sea and Aegean Sea. They are all stone beaches. Swimming is generally by boat. Antalya, CASS, fetsier and Bodrum can all go to sea by boat, so it's better to go to sea in Bodrum.

There are many places to watch the whirl dance, the best of which is Konya's. Kongya is the birthplace of whirl dance. Kongya's whirl dance is a religious ceremony, which is free to watch. But only once a week, Saturday. So if we can't make time, we have to watch it in other places.

Gremay also has a whirl dance, but according to the guide, the level is relatively average.

There are many places to see in Istanbul. The free whirlpool dance in the hall of the railway station (next to the Sirkeci station of TRAM) seems to be performed only from Friday to Sunday. Two other big balloon companies (kapadoccia, Royal) can also book online. The advantage of butterfly is that it has a long flight distance, 20 kilometers in an hour, so it's natural to see more things. A hot-air balloon basket is divided into five compartments, with the pilot's position in the middle and four compartments on the side. Each compartment can hold five people at most. Such a hot-air balloon can hold 20 people at most.

17. Transportation

It's better to choose the transportation tools of large transportation companies to ensure safety.

1 Airport: there are two airports around Cappadocia, one is Kayseri erkilet Airport (ASR), and the other is nevehir Kapadokya Airport (NAV). There are buses or airport buses near the two airports to reach tourist attractions.

2 bus: there are many bus distribution centers, and most of them are located in the center of Cappadocia, close to the scenic spots. For example, gremee and Konya are all accessible places for intercity buses. Turkey's buses are comfortable and luxurious, with attendants delivering water and snacks on the way, and some buses can be connected to wireless network. Famous bus companies include metro, Pamukkale, Kamil Ko, etc.

3 train: there is train access in kesseli, and you can take the train from Ankara, Istanbul and other cities to kapadocia region. Although the train price is cheap, but Turkey's train speed is slow and long, no bus convenient, not recommended.

4 aviation: Turkish Airlines international flights fly directly to Istanbul. If you go to other cities in Turkey, you must take Turkish domestic flights. The economy class seats of international flights are not very spacious, but although Turkish inland flights are small, the seats are leather. Turkish Airlines can use wireless Wi-Fi in the whole process, but the access points on the plane are limited. If they are occupied, they have to wait for the space to be vacated before they can be accessed. So many people don't know that they only have network signals but can't access them. The food on the plane is pretty good. It's basically the same. One is Turkish barbecue ball, and the other is Italian tomato cheese pasta. I choose one of the two. There is cherry juice on the plane, which is my favorite drink.

18. Photography

1.The most convenient way to take a classic panoramic picture of Istanbul is to climb the Galata tower, overlooking the old city, Asia and beiolu; Of course, we should reserve time for queuing. If the weather is fine, especially in the evening, we usually have to queue for at least half an hour; 2. In the alleys of independent street and old urban area, it is suitable for shooting humanistic themes. Remember to say hello to the subject, which will have unexpected effects; And if you buy the goods they sell, they are willing to cooperate; 3. Usually in the evening, the sky is low light after sunset, which is a good time to take photos;

19. Other impressions

In Istanbul, Turkey, consumption is still higher and more expensive than other cities.

Kapadochia has two airports, Nevsehir and Kayseri. Neveshir is closer to gremay, about half an hour's drive. The disadvantage is that there are few flights at this airport, and the price is too expensive. At present, only Turkish Airlines has flights. Some Graeme hotels also offer free pick-up to the airport. It's an hour and a half's drive away from gremay. Generally, hotel pick-up costs 10 euro per person. Only when you book hot-air balloon and other activities in the hotel can you pick up the plane free of charge. There are many flights in this airport, including tuhang or Malaysia Airlines, which are relatively cheaper. So if the price is almost the same, you should choose nev shehill airport. If the price gap is relatively large, it depends on whether you pay more attention to price or convenience.

The first stop to arrive in Turkey is the underground city of kaymakle. I didn't expect that it would rain heavily. There are still a lot of tourists. In order to avoid too many people being unable to take photos, we waited outside for a while. We were also afraid that the underground cave would be too stuffy. After entering, we visited it, which is much bigger than we expected. It has a labyrinth of tunnels and houses. At present, only five floors are open, The size of the space is amazing, and people have to admire the intelligence of the local people.

matters needing attention

It's a maze. If there is no guide and no other tourists, they will lose their way. There are several places where you need to bend down to pass. Those who are not confident should think twice.

You should listen to the local guide, otherwise you may not understand it.

It's better to go in the morning or visit during the lunch time of the tour group to avoid the rush hour.

After visiting the underground city of Kay Mahler, the rain has stopped. The beautiful scenery along the way has washed people's wet mood. The car to the Grammy open-air museum is also running. This museum is to cut the stone mountain into grottoes, churches, monasteries or living rooms. Some of the grottoes still retain incomplete murals. In order to protect them, it is not allowed to take pictures of these murals. I secretly took four pictures in a small church, but I was still a little nervous.

This entrance is the dark church, which is one of the most famous open-air museum churches in the museum, where everyone has to collect another 10 lira. I personally suggest that it is worthwhile to visit this 10 lira. Because there are no windows in the church and the light is dim, the murals on the four walls of the church are colorful. Although they have been preserved for more than ten centuries, they are still perfect. These murals are almost all Old Testament stories, including Jesus was crucified, Judas betrayed, picture of prayer, good news from angels, entering Bethlehem, the birth of Christ, the youth of Christ, and the last supper

San ujisa fortress

Driving from the Graeme open-air museum to wuchisa fortress is actually an open free scenic spot. The steep terrain here can withstand the invasion of foreign enemies for several months. The reason is that the hidden caves can store water and food to ensure that the residents can live enough.

Four pigeon Valley

Before entering pigeon Valley, the first thing that comes into view is the Turkish favorite talisman and mascot "blue eye", which is closely covered with branches to attract the attention of the evil god and avoid bad luck. Because local people believe that wearing a blue eye amulet that mimics the devil's eye can protect you for the rest of your life, this ubiquitous "blue eye" appears in all places, gift shops and souvenirs in Turkey.

Pigeon Valley is a natural landscape. On both sides of the beautiful valley of kapadochia, Turkey, there are large and strange stones everywhere. If you go deep into the pigeon holes of different sizes, you will sigh about the uncanny workmanship of nature.
